She will be driving to Arizona for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thursday morning she will wake early and cook with her family as they sip coffee laced with a little Bailey’s Irish Cream..
“I have a recipe for homemade Bailey’s”.
So this is for Monique. She said she will also be making the pumpkin dip.
Homemade Irish Cream
1 cup light cream
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 and 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp Hershey’s chocolate syrup (even better with more)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for two months if kept cool. Shake the bottle well before serving. Makes four cups.
